Please note that, for any purchase and sale agreement for GERARD DAREL Articles where delivery takes place in a country other than France, the seller authorized on the Site is GLOBAL-E France SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 10,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 320 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, registered under number 818 358 459 with the Paris Trade and Companies Register and under intra-community VAT number FR54818358459 (hereinafter “Global-e”).

Global-e is the Company’s international e-commerce partner, responsible for facilitating international sales (outside France, the list of countries concerned being available on the Site).
